Brasenose Members are cordially invited to attend a Physics Reunion Dinner on
Saturday 19 November 2011. This is a wonderful opportunity for BNC Members to
return to College, catch up with old friends, and meet the College’s current Physicists.
There will be pre-dinner drinks at 7pm, followed by dinner at 7.30pm.
The College Bar will be open in the evening and a pay bar will be available.
Dress code: Lounge Suit.
As this event will be held during Term we regret that accommodation in College cannot be provided. Please contact the Alumni Office for alternative options, if required, on +44 (0)1865 287275.

Booking Information
You will receive confirmation of your booking by email or post. Your name will be reserved but tickets will not be sent. If we reach capacity you will be contacted and given the opportunity to go on a waiting list. If you do not receive confirmation of your booking please contact the Alumni Relations & Development Office on 01865 287275 or email development.office@bnc.ox.ac.uk.
Due to the limited number of places we do kindly ask that you inform us if you need to cancel your booking. We regret that refunds will not be issued within two weeks of the event unless we are able to fill your place.
We do not have parking facilities at the College but please see the website or call 01865 287275 and we will be happy to provide information on car parking and bus routes into Oxford.
